Order Cancellation Policy
- All items are handmade to order.
- Once an order has been changed to Processing, it can no longer be canceled.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return only if they are faulty or damaged during shipping.
- Returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- Returned in their original packaging

Repairs for Faults
All items are guaranteed for 6 months of fair wear and use. If an item develops a fault due to stitch or fabric failure during this time:
