At Bilberry Bags, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment process for all of our customers. Below is our Payments Policy that outlines how we handle payments, shipping, taxes, and refunds.

1. Payment Methods
We accept payments exclusively via PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

2. Currency
All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not store or handle your payment information directly. If a payment is declined, PayPal will notify you, and you will need to resolve the issue directly with PayPal.

4. Payment Security
Our website is equipped with SSL encryption to ensure secure transactions. Additionally, PayPal is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring that all payment details are handled securely.

5. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment confirmation via PayPal, you will receive an email with your order details and a confirmation of your payment. Please ensure that your email address is accurate during checkout.

6. Payment Failures
If your payment is declined, PayPal will notify you. You will need to address the issue with PayPal directly. You may be given the option to retry the payment or select an alternative payment method if applicable.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Since all items are made to order, full payment, including shipping, is required upfront to cover fabric and hardware costs. We may only issue refunds or allow cancellations if the product is defective, damaged, or undelivered. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.

8. Taxes
All prices include UK VAT at 20%. There will be no additional charges for taxes during checkout.

9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the total price at the time of purchase. The final cost of your order, including shipping, will be displayed at checkout.

10. Payment Timing
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We do not offer pre-orders, and all items are made to order.

11. Late Payments or Unpaid Orders
Since we require full payment upfront, there is no option for late payments. Orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation of payment.

12. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
