We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer reliable shipping via Royal Mail for all orders. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and delivery speed of your order.

  • Royal Mail Small Parcel Service:
    • Tracked 48: £4.50 (2-3 business days)
    • Tracked 24: £5.50 (1-2 business days)
  • Royal Mail Large Letter Service (for smaller items):
    • Tracked 48: £2.99 (2-3 business days)
    • Tracked 24: £3.99 (1-2 business days)

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over £100 (on standard 48-hour tracked service).

3. Processing Time

Most products are made to order, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your order before dispatch. Processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods such as holidays. We will inform you if there are any significant delays. If you are in a hurry for your order, please contact us. We may have what you want already made, in which case it can be dispatched within 2 working days.

4. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. All items shipped will be tracked using Royal Mail tracked services.

If your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please refer to Royal Mail’s lost item policy. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe (after dispatch), please contact us directly using the contact form or by emailing us at contact@bilberrybags.com, and we will assist you.
